Verification of Information: If any false statements are discovered during the verification process, the admission will be cancelled, and fees paid will not be refunded.
Admission Decision: The final decision regarding admission rests with the Principal of the college. The college reserves the right to grant or deny admission based on various factors.
Payment of Fees: Once admission is offered, the prescribed fees must be paid within the specified timeframe. Fees paid are non-refundable.
Provisional Admission: Admission is provisional and subject to the approval of the relevant competent authority.
Admission to Next Higher Class: The Principal determines the admission of current students to the next higher class.
Submission of Documents: At the time of admission, the following original documents, along with their photocopies, must be submitted:
Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC, +2)
Mark List
Transfer Certificate
Caste Certificate (for SC/ST students)
Course and Conduct Certificate from the last attended institution
Passport Size Photos (4 Nos.)
Certificate of Recognition of the qualifying examination
Nativity Certificate
Medical Fitness Certificate
Compliance with Regulations: Students are required to adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council, Indian Nursing Council, Kerala University of Health Sciences, and the Government of Kerala.
Admission to First Year: Admission is granted only for the first year of the course. Direct admission to higher classes or migration from other colleges is not entertained.
Communication: Applicants should include the provided serial number on all communications for further correspondence. Communication without the serial number will not be entertained.
Application to the University: The candidate must apply to the university with the original documents and the prescribed fee for obtaining the necessary approvals.
